FS: 18" Forgeline/Hoosier track set
For sale: I am selling the 18" track set from my 993TT. Here are the details.
Forgeline ZX3R wheels with Gunmetal centers and polished lips. Hoosier R6 tires. http://www.forgeline.com/products/co...ries/zx3r.html
Front: 18x9" with 245/40-18
Rear: 18x12" with 315/30-18
The wheels are in good structural condition but the inner and outer barrels have some nasty track brake dust etched into them. Some serious scrubbing might clean them up. Brembo GT 355mm brakes fit behind these wheels!
The tires have three short heat cycles from approx 80 track miles.
With this combo of wheels and tires there is no rubbing in the back but in the front you need to have either very stiff springs, come additional negative camber or a combination of the three to avoid rubbing. The other option would be dropping down to 235/40 or 225/40 front tires.
New cost $5300
