URGENT: does anyone know anything about this 993TT?

I spoke with the owner today. 3rd owner. California-Florida-California. I did not do a Carfax, but he said something about a mistake in the reported mileage at one point and said he had an affidavit of some sort that stated so.
Car was repainted by current owner. No accidents reported; he said he did it due to "fading and rock chips". Sport seat backs painted at same time.
CF interior is added.
Wheels are Victor(?)...don't know them.
Gauge faces are Gemballa.
At that point I stopped asking questions.
