My 993TT is For Sale - 17500 Miles - UPDATE
#19
Guys, it looks like the deal on my new car will not happen because of title issues on the new car. So, for now, I am not going to sell this one. I might even turn it into a 993 GT2 with a Protomotive 3.8L engine. Thanks for all the interest.

^Craig, smart move. Lemonade from lemons. Sorry your other deal went south, but you get to keep an awesome car. Good luck on your GT2 project. Post pics of your progress, if you do indeed decide to proceed.

I really like that alternative plan of GT2 - 3.8L Craig !!!!
Please keep us posted, particulary as I feel that I will be leaning that way one day in the future.

Since I already have a new set of the Speedline 993 GT2 wheels sitting in storage it may be the right way to go. I can always buy a 997 GT2 (which is what I was going too).

Consider Andial for the 3.8 and talk with Jochen re. GT2 build-up details.

Wow Craig, I really like the look of those Speedline wheels - Classic !
A real toss up on which is nicer on the 993TT - the Ruf or Speedlines??
Nice to have that choice.
Were you looking at a new or used 997 GT2?

Thnx Craig....$4500 is fantastic low price (one Porsche dealer quoted $7-8k for set depending on availability at factory). Wud it be possible to let me know of dealer name, contact, or website in Germany. Thanks again.
