I bought my bypass pipes from FVD. I love them and they are are great deal compared to Fabspeed.

what about robin sun's rsr's? carnewal has a video on his site and apparently there's a new design that sounds better.

My opinion doesn't mean much, but my vote is for "sinfulsteve"'s exhaust sound. It barely sounds like an air cooled flat six. It would be nice to know what his exhaust setup is....

It's a Protomotive Stage II twin turbo built in 2003. The whole exhaust is Protomotive. In fact, it still has cats. Todd Knighton could fill you in.

Fabspeed cat bypasses w/ their maxflo mufflers drone badly in my cabin. Loved their old mufflers because they flowed well and were quiet. Unfortunately they actually developed holes and melted my bumper on track. My local shop couldn't believe it when they took them off. Robin's mufflers sound awesome with cat bypasses but are extremely loud and a bit heavy. HTH.
