She's gone
I drove my 993 Twin Turbo for the last time today. I cherished each and every minute behind the wheel. She's off to Canada.
Sad...Sad...day.
I will get one again at some point in the future.
I suspect I will pay more.
Guys - Enjoy your cars...the best one out there - Hands down. Nothing else close.

Fed Ex to pick up in Houston in about 10 days, delivery to Roger Jobs Porsche in Bellingham, who have graciously agreed to store it for a few days and hook up daytimers and get recall clearance letter.
Kudos to Protechnik, Houston for agreeing to store it indoors until pickup - great service.
As per the majority of your recommendations, PPI done by Mike Callas Rennsport - accommodating, thorough, straight shooter. When I asked him if he considered it a fair, good or excellent 993tt, he said it was very good.
Many thanks also to Greg of course, who has been very quick to respond to my myriad enquiries and extremely organised, which helps a lot with folks importing a vehicle. My first and only Porsche was a new 06 Boxster S, so this was my first used Porsche purchase. It is quite reassuring to purchase from a PCA member and Rennlister, as it seems everyone wants to preserve their reputation.
Sooo... just have to sit here and drool until it arrives. We need a BC 993tt get together - a whole new thread!
