Can anyone recommend a shop to perform a PPI in Nashville TN ? Prefer someone objective & not associated with Music City Motosports. A little off topic, as is for a 96 C4S, but this forum's members seem most technically knowledgeable. Many thanks for input.

Renntag Motorsports - Wicky Lawrie is the owner and master tech, he used to work at and race with Brumos (pit crew). 615-226-4928
He has worked on my 96 993TT, my 96 993 Carrera 2 cab and my 81 911SC. Very good at what he does, very reasonable and very honest. He is objective and will tell it like it is.
Strangely enough, I had to drop off a friend picking his car up there today and I asked him about the car. He responded that is is a very good, solid example...little or no concerns. He is happy to answer any questions you have about it or perform an inspection that answers your questions instead of the sellers. He WILL be candid with you about any concerns as that's his style.
If you want another set of eyes on it, Andrew Heath at Music City P&A is another great Porsche Indy shop. I would not hesitate to go to him if Wicky wasn't around, but I have Wicky and he has helped me learn a tremendous amount about my P-cars (very hands on with customers) and saved me thousands in various ways over the years so that is where my loyalty sits.
Good luck on your quest. From the sound of it, it's a great car.
