Default Poor leakdown numbers....what's your guess?

This is a continuation of a previous thread.
PPI on a 1997 993tt in Charlotte showed some strange numbers. PO had had a leakdown performed three years ago ( at Eurowerks ) when he bought the car...all was OK.
Eurowerks gave me the leakdown numbers yesterday:
#1-65%, #2- 56%, #3-0%, #4-0%, #5-5%, #6-0%

Car goes in Nov 30th for a teardown.

Guess the cause.....contest limited to Rennlisters. Prize is knowing you were right!

As bad as #1 & # 2 look, the "zeros" on #3, 4, and 6 appears strange too.

Leakdown tests are really useful when the technician takes the time to note WHERE the observed leakage originates from. Without that, the results lack context and are largely useless.

To recap;

Air leakage heard from the air cleaner indicate leaking intake valves
Air leakage heard from the exhaust pipes indicate leaking exhaust valves
Air leakage heard from the oil filler tube indicates a piston and/or ring problem.

I would ask them where it was coming from on each cylinder although it does look like bent valves.....

If so, somebody really missed a shift or accidently used the engine to slow the car down.

I think the game was to guess what the cause for these #s are...
and I agree No HTwo O, the zeros are kinda suspect too.

What is the cylinder firing order on our cars? I know it is not #1 followed by #2. So, how can #1 be so damaged and the next one not?
