Poor leakdown numbers....what's your guess?

Ha,Ha...
Don't know quite yet. They were back-logged on cars in for work. Engine/tranny was pulled yesterday, and dismantling should take place today.

So far, one cylinder has a piston with a cracked ring. The other has a "coating" that has flaked off, and probably was deposited on the valve seats. Any idea what this "coating" could be?
I have no pictures. I'll ask if Eurowerks can take some.

cracked ring...interesting!

the coating would be the ceramic coating on the exhaust side. if a piece chipped off it could do some damage. It does happen... normally the chip finds it's way out to the header and not back upstream.
