These are Richard Scrushy's old cars which were confiscated by the sheriffs department in Birmingham, AL and are currently being auctioned at Weil Wrecker Service. Good Luck!

Just spoke with Weil. I apologize and stand corrected. There was a low mile '97 black TT. Supposedly it went for $80K. That's a great price if it truly had only 4,000 miles on it.

Ooops! Posted pics before I read your post Parnelli...

Thanks for the apology - no offence taken - life is good.

The prices I posted may be $2,500 high - may have been the last bid price that no one took?

no prob, BHM. The guy I talked to on the phone at Weil wasn't very "precise" . He said $80K but I got the sense that he was "ballparking' the actual number. Did u see the actual car? Was it in awesome shape?

I sat in both of them.... They were not immaculate like we keep our cars.

Both had dead batteries. The 97 hood and trunk shocks needed replacing.

I was suspicious that they may have had less than pampered miles knowing a little about the scrushy clan.

This is very-very common on the used 96 and 97 Turbos I've seen over the years.

Like I said yesterday, it would sell for $78K +/-$5K.

The number is $90K. Not much more since there are better ones out there... Good luck!
