97 TT 35k miles
West coast car. A friend saw it and drove it for me.
Had a re-spray on front and rear side fenders.
Trying to find out the story. Dont think it was hit.
Lets assume it was to fix scratches or something.
Maintenance history seems ok, not perfect.
Runs great. Satin black, interior excellent cond.
The car is not moving.

I'm no expert, but based on what I have seen over the past two months...dealers with cars in the mid 20K miles are in the mid to upper $60's and they are taking a long time to sell. I'd guess upper $50's for this car in a private sale...

55-57k max, it's a down market. Remember, he's dealing with an extremely small pool of potential buyers, you can't exactly get a typical auto loan for an 11 yo car at that price. It's a buyer's market. Start at 50k, see what he says.
