Thanks! The outside is just your standard boring GT2 bodywork but the inside is what I'm really proud of

I still have the stock IC actually. Focus has moved towards water/meth injection since that is MUCH more efficient at cooling charge air than any air to air heat exchanger. I would like a larger IC as I think the stocker is a restriction when you start to flow more air but I don't know if I care $3-4k more if that makes sense. This winter I want to do a mild build with rods, evo cams & associated hardware and might address that then.

The key with the water injection is the tune. If properly tuned you can run the kind of timing you would on 100 oct but with 93 oct so you can gain some power as well as the heavily decreased IAT's. Problem with this platform is the tuning, we don't have alot of options for custom tunes on ME5. Remote tunes aren't very good since the data rate on ME5 is a joke so logging the necessary data for a tuner to make relevant revisions is questionable.

You not that far from Protomotive may be send it that way. They did an excellent job rebuilding my 3.8L.

Todd is my only option for the custom tune ($2500 estimated) and I will probably have him do my engine as well. He's in Dubai at the moment and we are going to talk when he gets back.

Glad to hear you were happy with him!

Is that the original colour or a repaint? Looks great. Was considering repainting in something similar but my paint guy scared me off when he talked $'s.

Funny thing is that Spartan's car looks even better in person, if you can believe it. It's actually stunning.

Thanks. Its a total tub respray. I did all the labor stripping the car down and dropped of a shell to the paint shop so that makes it ALOT cheaper

Thanks Bert! I've fixed the bumper and rear wing alignment since these were taken and mounted up the new wheels. I'll take some pics this weekend

Took a few more pics today with my crappy camera phone (please excuse the fuzzy pics). Gorgeous day for a drive here in Chicago. Wish I had the BBS on since i'm not a big fan of the forgelines but there is still time before the winter comes. Included are a couple rando interior shots too and one of the engine so you can see my fancy silver paint on the fan and intake tracks Its good for at least another 20whp

Notice the 380's in the front
