Beautiful cars, top to bottom! We have similar tastes in cars as my daily driver is an M5, my convertible is an M3 and my baby is a 1996 993tt. Now I just need to get the wife to give up the Escalade for the 430!!!

Robert,

I do like your taste in cars too. It is more alike than you know.

Here's my GMC Yukon Denali XL in track mode along with the alternate daily. My kids call it the "Fridge." Always liked the e39 ///M5.
Any mods on yours?

Richard

Oh really...... What were you thinking when you chose that colour? That's just not your colour at all! That's my colour ...... now come on now...... put it up for sale and I'll give you back what you paid for it. LOL ................. Congratulations on your purchase and I hope you have many happy miles of motoring in it. - Glenn

Mods on mine? Assuming you're asking about the M5? Yes and no. Kept the engine, wheels, brakes, exhaust, etc stock because it is my daily driver and did not want alot of drama. Not to mention the fact that it brakes traction so often under acceleartion that traction control kicks in and kills the power...not sure it is worth throwing another 100hp on it unless I turn off TC. Having said that, mine as a 2002, so I upgraded all the electronics in it and got DVD NAV, BMW factory Bluetooth, BMW Factory Sirius Radio and an integrated ipod solution that works with the NAV screen. I have REALLY enjoyed all the upgraded technolgy as I am a tech junkie on top of being a HP junkie.

M3 and 993TT are close to the same story...close to factory with alot of technology and cosmetic upgrades. The 993TT has Fabspeed muffler bypasses though, and I absolutely love them. More power, less weight and less restriction. I want to get the 100 cell cats to go with the bypasses, but I am afraid the neighbors would call the cops due to the noise!!!

I will try to find a few pics of the girls...

This purchase simply makes up for the fact that I sold my 993 C2 cab for the TT and missed my cab ever since. Not willing to give up the TT, I decided to get one of my "20 something" dream cars, which was an Estoril Blue M3 cabriolet. Always loved the color, and believe it or not, I get more compliments on the color of that car than I do on the 993TT. Go figure!

Robert,

Great caramel interior on that e39M5. Also like the RUF wheels on your TT. Thanks for sharing.

Richard
