Has anyone had negative experience with IA / Stephen Kaspar?

Nothing bad expect waited for a set of valve covers that were charged to my credit card for 3 weeks. Found the guy who he buys them from and had them the next day. Nothing like holding on to your money and not delivering the product...
Just venting a little....

Actually we do not buy them from anyone and we cut them in house. We have a fadal 3016 and the machine went down and it was promised week after week that this part would fix it. sorry you had to wait.

I am still waiting for a situation with IA to be resolved. Hopefully I can report back very soon with good news.

Dave,
I have dealt with Stephen / IA .....remotely from Australia....which can be hard at times....and always involves a large degree of trust.

Goods were EXACTLY as described.
Price was sensible.
Delivered in the time frame promised.
100% satisfied

I have dealt wit IA a couple of times. Always top service and good prices.
Goods always arrived on time or earlier. In fact, when the dollar sorts itself out, I will be back!

ordered parts from them, was charged that day and never got them. at least 3 months to get my money back and if i had not stayed on their *** i would have gotten nothing. They blamed everyone under the sun and threw everyone under the bus possible. oh the parts guy does not work here any more, your stuff got sent to the wrong person......whatever. I will never do business with them again nor will i ever recommend them to anyone.

Nothing serious but I tried to order a couple small items for a tuneup, left a couple messages and one conversation but never got called back. Maybe a few hundred dollar order wasn't worth the time. Maybe the message got deleted. Ordered from Pelican/Sunset. No worries.

I am sorry anyone ever has an issue with us, the truth is all I can do is apologize and make sure these things do not happen in the future. Mistakes do happen and we do learn from them. The good news is it is pretty much me answering the phones and emails these days...the bad news, it is me .
