Thanks Simon. My 993TT and/or Turbo S2 may very well have been hit in their collective asses, but the PPIs did not disclose same. That said, I would have given a rats *** and then some if my PPI came back with *** hit on any of (6) pages of the document. I would not have purchased either car.

Greg,

You tottally missed my point....

What I was trying to say - was that a lack of sticker is NOT enough to ASSume it has been punted up the ***.... and that just because it HAS a sticker isnt enough to ASSume it hasnt......

As for your cars - both of them beauties - I am sure you wouldnt have bought them either - As i prefixed MOST non enthusiast ppl wouldn't care about a sticker.... now an accident is a different animal all together.

Thanks Simon. Yes it did. It is one of the twenty from 1992. Two to Canada and eighteen to the US. Porsche needed to produce 20 for homologation purposes to race the Turbo (S2) in the Bridgestone Potenza Supercar Championship series in the US from 1991-1993. Porsche won the championship in each of the three years.

I'd venture to say that very few cars like the 993TT are kept exactly original like the build sheets after 12/13 years.

It's more about the quality of the modifications and the alignment to your tastes.
