Default Euro Bumper Conversion

Sorry, but when I searched "entire post" I got way too much because those words are in signatures, and when I searched "title only" I got zip. Can anybody please tell me what is needed to change to a Euro front bumper cover? And where is the best place to get one (and anything else that might be needed)? Thanks.

A decent body shop can fill the holes left by the USA bumperettes on the front bumper, and then you have the euro-look for a lot less $$$

Regardless of how you get there, do you need (longer) Euro side markers (since the little black bumperettes go away)? Thanks.
