Are bad pics better than no pics?

Ok, here's a couple pics for those of you demanding them
The car is obviously in the garage away from the icy/snowy crap we're getting in the midwest right now!

Here's another picture showing the wear in the seats... thoughts? I don't really want to replace them because the Headrest crests can't be replaced.

As always, I'm up for the criticism, I can take it!

You could just admire the patina of a well aged car, or I'm sure a sharp upholstery guy could replace the worn panels and keep the headrest part.

Nice car - I am more and more thinking I need a turbo S front spoiler on mine.
Those seats don't look bad to me - less like wear and more like they just need treating with a suitable product as has already been said. Beyond that I'd live with them and tell myself they're just getting broken in like a good pair of shoes! :-)

I had a situation like that with a 95 M3. I had a guy come out who re-sprays the seats and they came out very well. They have like an air brush and spray with one hand and have a hair dryer going in the other to immediately dry the dye.
I always thought the leather was dyed through, but it is really only a surface coating so the re-spray is actually not a bad way to go. It is not like a shoe polish and does not rub off or anything.

Congrats. I like the S front splitter and the steering wheel.)
as for the seats, I am planning on putting in Gt3 racing seats, (as others on here have done)I suggest you do the same or some other seats that you like. It is a great way to update the car and you can keep the originals and put them back if you ever sell the car and sell the new seats for similar price. Or you can try conditioner and see how that works.
again, great looking car.
