OK. It is a two owner car, and it has obviously been lowered. He stated that the ECU was reprogrammed w/ the exhaust to match...not sure what that means. In addition, there are a few "minor" leaks that were discovered during the inspection done on 6/2/08...I am guessing thtat is not good.

So...$90K (roughly) for a leaky 993TT is probably a bit spendy.

Someone also needs to tell him that his car is a 993 not a 930!

Imagine what it would be worth with a clean PPI?

So, some guy does a PPI. Finds leaks. Backs out of the deal, and then the seller reduces the price by $2K. Brilliant!

Maybe I have it all wrong. A leaky 993TT commands a higher dollar in the market place. Right!

I agree. By the time a savvy buyer has focused in on a car like the 993, especially the Turbo, they're also cognizant of the market trading range.

ps. I couldn't figure out what you meant until you added the missing "too" ... : )
