Default belt tension - increments to lbs?

just got a KRI belt tension tool from NAPA to aid in my belt install. anyone know where there is a conversion chart to convert from porsche increments to .lbs?

Porsche service manual "increments" are kg (the upper scale). Lbs are on the lower scale.

Napa, eh? Lol, I asked Pep Boys for a belt tensioner. The guy looks at me funny, and asks "what for?" "To get the right tension on the fan belt," I respond. He says "No, we don't carry that. Everybody just does it by feel."
