I never said that ones selling in the $55k-59 range had 60k-70k miles...unless you are reading something that I am not.....hmmm, let me re-read my original post.......reading....reading.....reading....done......don't see it. Anyhow, I am saying that most 993tts that are selling in the $55k-59k range, regardless of mileage, are going to need a little extra cash thrown at them to get them right.

Also, that is pretty exciting that you know of two cars that can be purchased for $57k-60k, of course requiring "the right negotations" to make that incredible deal happen, but don't see how that correlates to my original point.

There are two on here that recently bought at that price point.

Mine had 75k miles and I negotiated to just south of $50k for the sales price. Car had no issues other than the ridiculous stock ride height

I agree with Tom. This could have been a good deal based on PPI. But a good suspension is going to be 5K, the clutch master slave is not cheap. the one wheel in the picture had some curb rash. But if these problems are on the surface then what is the real engine condiiton? I would have to have a leak down check on this car and I would be afraid of what Kevin would say about the results. Having said that, it still would be a good deal based on the PPI. Arena Red is a great color and it didnt look like it shined like I have seen other 993 TTs in the same color shine in photos (could have just been a bad photo) . Some of AR on Rennlist look like glass take Ca993TTwin for example. all of his pics look like glass.
I get the feeling the owner had an idea of the gravity of the problems and priced it to sell quick.
