Mpgandco:
thank you for showing your collection. Your tt looks great and I am sure you will love it. the wood is different, and it is refreshing to see a different look/style than I have seen be4. I love natural materials/wood in other parts of my life so why not in the car. BTW I have an 89 Merc 300 ce that has similar wood and I love it as a winter/extra car.
Your BMW's look awesome and that turbo is obviously very rare. the decals/paint is awesome. the detail on the 6 is really cool...most of the ones up here (Canada)are all rusted out.
very neat stable. my favorite is the Guards Red one though. Drive it in good health.
btw I also used to have in high school a 71 BMW 1600.

very nice. While I would not have checked the $10k boxes for the wood stuff, it does give the car a nice unique look. Sorta like when I bought my car, I was not all that big on the gray interior (the car was otherwise perfect including my first choice of yellow) but grew to like it very quickly.

Thanks for all the comments, good and bad.As you can see from my other cars I like stuff a little bit different. The main thing is ,it is Arena Red 18,000 miles
I can always swap it out,not that big of a deal.It was a Factory option, not aftermarket. It also cost some serious cash

Thanks Jason
Why don't you pull the trigger on the Arena one you looked at.Its only $4500 difference.Spread that over a few years. It chump change. You have seen it.It has all the options you want

You are right, but $79k is a bunch for an almost 27k mile car.

Seller is leaving the country for like a month so it gives me time to think.

Mike-

I am sure you'll miss "our" old C2S, but now you've got the power that SHOULD have been in that car to begin with...enjoy her!

I think it looks just fine. We only go round once on this channel. If you like it nothing else matters.
