Now when my car is on "winter sleep" and waiting next summer,
I just can dream about it by playing with AX runs and lot of ifs
Here is again my airport test run but now with few ifs:
quite good acceleration time from 0-200kph, under 9 sec
What others have if using and helping speculation a little?

Jussi,
that is incredibly fast! What kind of clutch setup are you using? I would think with the amount of power you are putting down that you might even see some axle stress failures as well.

I can publish that AX22 run for you that you can check it yourself - at least Toby and Jean could be interested in that run
JS's tuned 993TT at airport 2007
As you can see from that file, I had to wait over 12 minutes when airport lane was free for me, so actual data starts from 733.1 seconds..
sfbanchs: I have lot of mods but main reasons are:
3.8 TS with GT2871Rs at 1.4bar and good breathing. Max revs.7300rpm.
Also weight savings help, it's dry weight is 1380kg.
And for that airport run, I also removed side mirrors and windsreen wipers
eclou: The clutch is Sachs's race clutch, rated 780Nm, from FVD.
I have about 800Nm but no problems yet.
Al Pettee and rinlv1: You can download my run and check it freely. You can also change kph to mph from AX's RT analysis Data - Variable Manager - Standard variables - speed. I learnt that from Jean, so thanks for him.
And if you don't have that program, it is freely downloadable from Race Tech's webpage. Use ver.6

Thanks for sharing the awesome AX22 file -fastest 0-300kph 993tt recorded AFAIK
When I put my GT2 '04 wheels/tyres on the 993tt it enables 200kph in 4th so you could nail down that time quite easily without resorting to fancy gearing !
Can you just confirm your weight, I work on DIN which is full of fuel (OK 90% full but close enough) so would your car weigh 1440kg DIN ?
I am really surprised that your clutch can hold that performance, I would have thought when that boost kicks in you would go way over 800NM ?
How many "trouble free" miles did you manage to put on the motor since the rebuild before it went into hibernation ?

And that makes my "1380kg dry weight". So actually not very dry because there are oil and water in their tanks but that is weight without any fuel.
Also done hundreds acceleration tests on other roads. No problem at all. ECU tuning is done well.
And now the car is just waiting for next spring and coming winter mods..
It will be on the road end of april if weather is good here in Finland

Jussi, I will take care of your car during winter time. Win-win. Your car would feel at home and I would have some fun. I promise to get you impressive test runs like 5 mins above 330kph and stuff like that :-)

yes, I bought one from DP Motorsport. Mine is third one in world. First one was for DP itself and second for that RS Tuning rocket. I'll try to fit that during winter..

Jussi,
I will follow you.
I like all your modifications, current and future. The only question for me is 997 headlights. will be interesting to see them installed.
By the way, thanks for Chris contacts. Real profi, hope we will solve the problem with engine delivery to US.
