993TT brake rotors - torque spec anyone?
I forget the torque spec for the 10 little bolts holding the rotor to the hub.
I thought it was either 14 or 18 ft/lbs, no?
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Glenn

If you are talking about the 2 screws to mount the rotor assembly to the wheel hub- 4 ft-lbs
If you mean the screws that attach the actual rotor to the center ring on the rotor assembly the factory manual says 6 ft-lbs, but you aren't supposed to mess with them.

I should have been more clear.
Also, my hardware may differ.
I have a 930 using 993TT front calipers and rotors. I'm talking about the (10) 10mm head size bolts that secure the actual rotor to the hat/hub.
For a stock 993tt application, you guys don''t have to separate the hat from the rotor. I do because my offset is different.

Don't see an answer here, but am also curious how much torque is recommended to join the the two pieces of the 993tt front brake rotors (Connecting the Brake Disk with the Hat via the 10 bolts). Thanks, Dan

Should be very low torque since they are floating rotors. I think someone above is probably close to correct with 6ftlbs.
