I have checked around with my dealer and wholesaler friends. To them, the car is worth $40-43 on trade and $50 on retail. The key is the color combo and the fact we don't get the kind of "winter effect" depreciation like other regions. The full book of service stamps helps as well. I pitched the initial offer and now am weighing the counter. The counter is within what I budgeted but I would like to factor in the need for a 75k or 90k mile service.

Thanks! Good price, however I wouldn't be able to live with the interior especially coming from a black interior.

Tim,

have you considered selling your trade privately and then doing an in-and-out thru Scottsdale Lotus? This is commonly done in TX to get the tax offset

Looks like the 993 version of my car. If that's a sea blue interior, like mine, it's much darker in person, almost ink black. Nice car. Now that is a 53-55k car.

The blue one at Lotus Arizona has been kicking around for a while. Does anyone know this car and/or why it hasn't sold? Price is good and I like the exterior colour. Interior might take some getting used to though.
