Default RUF Oil Cooler not visible from bumper opening?

I had a turboS oil cooler on my c4s and it sat in the lower driver's side opening of the 993 turbo bumper. Anyway, recently had a ruf cooler installed and it is not visible at all from the opening, rather appears to be perpendicular...

Just wanted to make sure this was installed correctly as it doesn't seem like the most efficient design from an airflow perspective. You would think you would want it directly facing the airflow...

as always, thanks

The Ruf cooler bolts up to the AC condensor and shares the fan. It is not visible from outside. It is very effective.

Yup.
Want extra cooling? Just switch on your AC.

Air comes through front bumper duct and exits through low vent in front of tires, very effective.
