Default If you ask Walter Rörhl...

I read a nice interview that was made with Walter Rörhl in the magazine total 911, and found a part I really enjoyed

It's from the issue 17 -06, I quote:

total 911: In your opinion, which has been the best 911 produced thus far, and why?

WR: A very difficult question for me to answer, there have been so many great 911s. If you really pin me down, i'd have to choose two: the 1973 2.7 RS and the first Turbo with four-wheel-drive (993). The former was simply the finest example of everything that made 911s wonderful. The later was an awsome machine and yet so user-friendly and with power that could easily be exploited in all conditions.

Also, he says that he own a 996 Turbo as a everyday driver and, I quote again "When it comes to really driving just for the sheer pleasure of it. Mind you, I do have a Carrera GT".

Take care! /Magnus, Sweden...

Glad to hear it ! He also bought a 964RS recently and the RS crowd have been ranting on about it
as though it was his only Porsche!
