Rennlisters-
Glacier white or Grand Prix white. What is the difference on this two colors?

Yes. I see more glacier white than grand prix white sold on 993. I am wondering what is the difference between the two colors granted the other one was taken on the shade.

GW is a very bright white, almost has a blue tint to it. GP is not so bright with slight yellow in it.

All colors are cut/tinted (even the primary colors). Glacier White's paint is cut/tinted with blue. Grand Prix white is cut with red. Most white cars are cut with red.

Glacier White looks deep white/blue (like looking at a Glacier you wonder where the color is radiating from). Grand Prix to me has a flatter white look, with hints of yellow/red when next to a Glacier White car.

Both are nice, just different. Think Speed Yellow vs. FLY Yellow.

Glacier White = Skim Milk

GrandPrix White = Whole Milk

Any old-timer Rennlisters remember this analogy?
