Default GT2 wheel centers

Anyone know what color the centers where on the 993 GT2 spec wheels? Is it a Porsche color? I just purchased some used Kinesis Supercup wheels and I'm thinking about getting them refinished with the centers painted like the original GT2 spec wheels...or might someone have a high res. pic of a GT2 wheel I could use to try and match the color. Thanks Jeff

Jean, first of all awesome car! Can you tell if the centers look like they are painted or is there some other type of finish on them? Thx!

Campy
Thanks. The centers are somewhat metallic (a bit shiny under the sun). TB993TT had the same wheels, maybe he can explain it with better words in good English.

I have seen these wheels in various shades of Grey.
Most of these wheels have been refurbished by now and that usually means repainted - having cracked a few centres on these wheels, the replacements I bought were always a different shade of grey !!
Here is the colour I had my set painted.
BTW this set were stolen out of my garage - nice

Thanks TB993tt...I was hoping you would chime in. Can I ask what color that is and do you have a paint code you might be able to provide me. As always appreciate your input.

I'm afraid I wasn't quite that ****......I just picked the wheel which had the most attractive hue of silver/grey (to my taste) and said paint the others the same colour !
