Slick-O

My Transmission suddenly (after a pro driver yanked the car around the glen hard) is difficult to shift OUT of gear. It goes into gear like silk, but acts as if the clutch does not fully disengage even though the pedal is on the floor. Is this a clutch fluid problem?
The clutch/steering master cylinder had a leaky seal but was repaired. I'm wondering if this might be a sign of the fluid level being low.
Any ideas?
