Car was bid up to $65K on eBay but did not make reserve and has been relisted. I've heard some inconsistencies regarding this car and the dealer has not been very responsive nor forthcoming.

Hmmmm dubious, this car has taken a real beating for 28k miles. The first thing I look at is the footwell area:

See the deep depressions in the floor? This car looks like a 50k miler. I drive a 65k miler tt and have dug a hole through the mat!

Maybe I'm wrong but I'd check the history very thoroughly.
