We're gonna have to start a Ruf Registry here on Rennlist!
Wow... that was fast. Congrats Kevin.

I fly into Indiana at 8:30 in the morning with my daughter as the co-pilot... looks like an 8 hour drive back.... I hope we don't have rain, but that won't stop me!

luck would have it that the car is indianapolis, not texas (even though I was dealing with RUF AutoCentre in Dallas... this means I thought I was going to have to drive it for 18 hours home, but now it will be only 7-8 hours home.

BTW -Thanks to Wayne Corley for brokering the deal...

Kevin,

Congratulations.

Two new Rennlist Ruf owners in two weeks. There must be something in the spinach.

Enjoy all. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible car and certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity that you took advantage of.

This car was for sale at Ruf Dallas and it looks like you are lucky enough to buy it quickly from the buyer himself.

Here is a link to the car at Ruf Dallas...safe travels home and I look forward to hearing more about it.

I told ya so!!!

I am a huge RUF fan (undercover agent) who has visited P-hausen and drank the
Storkenbrau (I think if you go to trendy CA bar they have the equivalent in the form
of a EVOMS kool-aid/latte.

You did the right thing, you will have a blast.
We are all envious and are glad you did it!

I second this motion....I'd like to see one for the RUF VIN cars and the conversions as well.

Olli,

Have you any idea how many 964 and earlier Ruf Rennlisters we might have? I think there are 7 or 8 993 Ruf Rennlisters. I'd like to get a count and some names & locations, but don't know where to post this request. Your thoughts?

Quick Reply: Do I buy a RUF Turbo 'R' - or a stock 993 and upgrade it?
