I was driving my Arena Red Turbo S yesterday (Sunday Aug 6th) going west on Hwy 40/64 and all of a sudden I see another Arena Red Turbo 993 going east. It wasn't a Turbo S, but wow, it looked great. First Arena Red Turbo I have seen in St. Louis other then mine.

I saw you too. Like the spoiler on the back. My car is a Colorado car that just made the move to St. Louis in May.
It's my first 911 and I'm looking to get a little more involved in the local scene. Do oyu ever due any PCA events?
I know there is at least one other 993 Turbo in town. Maybe we'll all see each other at the PCA Porsche show in September.

That is totally freaky that you guys passed each other and can hook up on this site, I hooked up with Don and Bill over a car they bought here in Naples that I just saw and figured out it was them buying it, way cool....... too much fun.

Bill, mine is a Turbo S - the spoiler is unique to the S's. There is an event in late September. I will check it out and give you the date.

I saw you have your Turbo S for sale. I guess by the wheels you never found a place that had new or refurbished Turbo S wheels. Now I am looking for a rear wheel too.

That was me. I'd love to do the DE this fall, but I barley fit in the car as it is. I'll eventually get a GT3 seat or some other manual seat that mounts lower, But I'm leaned too far back as it is to have a great driving position. In a helmet I'd be hitting the rear window with my head. It's killing me not to be able to do the track stuff.
Maybe a 993TT backroad blast should be on the horizon???
That and I'd love to ride/drive back to back a stock tt vs my RS ride height suspension mods vs Cliff's monster motor.
We'll park em all up at the Porsche show in September.

Hello Bill and Don, I was kinda linked to you guys buy Fatcab (Tim C.)
There are a few Arena red 993TTs in the area, One is driven at the St. Louis Region PCA DE events on a regular basis, in fact the owner of it is an regular instructor for most DEs and does some SCCA driving as well.

There are 2 more that are not out as much, but they are out.
A few silver.. There is a nice GT2 that should be at the Semptember car show as well.. He is an ex-owner of the 993tt and 996tt..

Nice cars that you guys have.. I am also a PCA member that frequents the DE events and most of the club driving events, as well as the "St. Louis BreakFAST Crew" we get up early weekend mornings and have spirited, as safe as possible, drives throughout the Illinois and Missouri countryside... If you guys want to ever join us, just send me a PM with a email, and I will make sure we keep you informed...

We are also looking for a great hangout, for a Once a month possibly twice a month carguy get together.. This is usually P-car dominated...

I am a 964 FLACHBAU fan.. I want one one of these days, next to the 928GT&GTS, they are in my top 5 all time Favorite cars from Porsche... 73 RSR being my alltime Fav.
I am working on a clone of that car now..Slowly!!!
