Default 993 TT mpg

Just got back from a 1,100 mile journey from SF to San Diego. I actually got 22.5 mpg based on the OBC including a weekend in LA traffic. Based on my trip from SF to the Le Meridien hotel in Beverly Hills I actually got over 23.5 mpg. Is this consistent with others doing mostly highway miles?

ive never seen anything close to that .. at least according to the OBC. My normal is around 15 (via OBC) , and maybe 18 if i cruise in 6 gear on highway. If im in any city traffic it is 13. Ive never done the manual calculation w/o OBC.

maybe my obc is messedup, or my car is overly thirsty

Similar mileage for me. I just finished a road trip as well and averaged 22.5 to 23 MPG on the freeway.

I am in the same ball park....20+ city/hwy, 24 hwy, 8 during hard driving. Rob, sounds like either bad numbers from the OBC or a bigger problem. Could go anywhere from engine basics, ECU mapping, etc.

Rufus gets around 14 around town and about 21 on the road. The hiway mileage is highly dependent upon my cruising speed... pretty good at 70 MPH, not so good at 195.

Mine is similar at on the freeway but less around town. As for to and from the office, my 14 mile commute is half freeway w/no traffic and my millage is stuck at 12.6.

I did 3 trips to the LA area in the last 3 months, and highway is 23ish. The computer actually says 28. The math did not work out that way though.

Daily driving about 17 or so.

I get around 10 in the city and 15 on the highway. I have a stage 2 z/c setup with cat bypass pipes and protomotive code.

Mine seems the same as most others. 13 to 15 in town and 21 to 23 on the hwy. Seemed the recalibrated FVD ECU I did never seemed to effect the mileage.
