Default Old Spare Tire

That 1600 mile tt for sale got me thinking about what condition things would be in with little use, including dry rotted 10 year old tires. That led to the thought about what condition all our space saver spares might be in. Opinions?

Pentosin is a very effective rubber preservative. Perhaps the bad slave cylinder is part of the "Porsche spare tire longevity plan"?

They should last a long time out of the sun and ozone.

Spare won't fit over my brakes so it's worthless.....unless I get in a front end collision, YIKES!
