Default Differential Installed. Help diagnose a "noise"

Guys

Installed the used diff today (much easier to install vs. un install). It was afrom a 98 C4 with 14k miles.

I put new fluid into the diff, 75w90 Royal Purple. I drove the car and there is a wine in the mid-section of the car. I don't "think" it is the new diff.

I had to lossen the tranny and engine mounts so the torque tube could move a bit. All went back together as I remember but could that shifting of the tube put something out of alignment?

Any ideas?
