Default air bag control module

Looking for info on air bag control module. I had the engine resealed (engine was removed from car) and had a new steering rack put on. When I picked up the cqr the air bag light was on. Is there a chance this control module would have been corrupted when this work was being done?

What fault code is triggering the airbag light? Have you tried erasing the fault code 3 times? If your steering rack was replaced and now your airbag light is illuminated than your shop is responsible.
