Question Wheel Repair

My stock turbo twist wheels are chipped. Can these be repaired and repainted (DIY)? I don't need perfection...just want to improve on ugly.

It should just be the paint that is chipped. The best way is to strip them, then paint. If the chip got into the alloy, you can carefully smooth it(no power grinder) before painting. Powder coating is also an option and less pricey than you think.
