Default PSS-9's going on. What settings?

A little bit of urgency here.... I've a track day booked for the 17th and I'm hoping to get my Pss-9's on and set up ready.

Any idea as to what settings Front/rear to run for fast (bumpy) roads (75%)/track (25%)

I want to set and forget not clamber around in the mud before every journey depending on the weather forecast (usually wet)

Also, is there some magic measurement that can be made to pre-set the height of the car by measuring from the spring platform to the end of the shock?

Thanks

Default

I set mine right in the middle(4-5) and they work great. Also looks like about the middle of the thread range for height too, at least for starters. That's pretty easily adjusted after install, so don't fret.
