My car has begun a diet. Part of the New Years resolution.

About 25 lbs... I can give you more info to save weight... I had mine down under 2900 lbs with a roll bar (and I still had the AC working)..

Please do Bob. Considering trying the doors and hood you were using. How much were those anyway and what were the other mods/costs? Did the weight reduction make much of a difference? Oh, and did running the larger tires really help too?
