Default Metal valve stem for Hollow Spoke

Does any one have an assembly drawing/picture for replacing the metal valve stem
on a Hollow Spoke Turbo Twist Wheel? I am having my wheels refinished and I am having my wheels mounted by a small local shop. This shop is very particular with my wheels and I have always been pleased with their work. But they are not Porsche experts and mine are the first set of hollow spokes they have worked on.
I want to give them as much help as possible with my new wheels.
I ordered the valve stems from Porsche (993 361 073 00 - Thanks Mike Capp!)
but it is not obvious to me how the outer washer should be oriented. Dished in or out?

Thanks in advance.

The "dish" in the washer should be towards the wheel to contain the oring. The stem on the nut should also be towards the wheel and the nut should only be tightened 2.5 ftlbs.
