I paid for 2 O2 sensors and 1 MAF. They shipped only the MAF and no O2 sensors. They are now trying to screw me for the O2's! They are saying that they must have fallen out of the box and its should be claimed with UPS. Looking at the box there is no way that could have happened. Damn this is frustrating!!!!

 

That sure is crappy customer service if that was their actual response....

 

Yes that is the position they have taken.

I went to a local shop to see how O2's are packaged and there is no way possible they fell out of the box they were shipped in.

 

That is TOTALLY absurd. I'd threaten to leave more posts like the one you left until they make it right.

Completely unnacceptable. Make sure they know you post on the biggest porsche site on the net.

If that doesn't compel them to satisfy you, they deserve to go out of business.
