Need help with option code 09991
When i run option code 09991 through the decoder it responds with manufacture from the exclusive programme. What does this mean?
Other codes listed but do not come back are:

The exclusive program is where they tweak the cars with special options that are not included in the normal setup. It could be everything from a certain hands-free module to a certain motor-option. It's really hard to tell what it is.
