Default Vin# Question re: Turbo designation

looked through this forum and couldn't find it...but what # or letter in the vin shows that it is a turbo?

Here's a vin in question WPOCA2295VS3416XX....

Any help here would be great. When put into carfax...all its says is that its a C2/4 Porsche...

Thanks

WP0AC means it is a US car. ROW would be WP0ZZZ
You can check it here.

Doug are you sure it should be a TT?
According to my papers:
VS340061-49000 is a Cabrio -97 Carrera 2/4

-97 Turbos have 70061-79999
