TEchnical Service Bulletin Porsche 69603 March 96
Does anyone have a copy of the TSB 69603 from MAR 96 titled "Roof Mounted Third Brake Light - Service Installation " I am trying to see if this references the rear glass that broke on my car this weekend.
This Technical bulletin is supposably for a 1991 911 with a roof mounted third brake light, but I am hoping it may reference the 96.

I have it. It's about 10 pages long, but the only reference to what you apparently have going on is to "tighten only slightly the washers and nuts that are the adjustment for the fit of the roof cover to the vehicle roof" It is definitely in reference to the 993tt style third brake light.
