Default Anyone know of this 1997 TT in Summit, NJ?

Black on Black with 28,000ish miles in Summit, NJ

New Turbos replaced a few thousand miles ago under the extended warranty.

He is firm @ $75,000. Is this overpriced even if it has one year left on warranty?

Here is the options list for the car - Vin WP0AC2994VS375216. It is under
factory warranty until April 1 2006.

The car also has clear side markers, Bird center console, a clear bra and
the factory Litronic headlamps.

1. 688 - AM/FM Radio with Single CD Player
2. 650 - Sunroof
3. 586 - Lumbar Support-Left Seat
4. 445 - Rim Caps (4) w/Porsche Painted Crests
5. 454 - Automatic Speed Control
6. Z53 - Head Restraint w/Porsche Crests
7. X54 - Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipes
8. XX1 - Front Floor Mats w/"Porsche"
9. P11 - Self-Dim Mirrors & Rain Sensor
10. Y04 - Carbon Fiber Package includes X56 and X57
11. X97 - Aluminum and Carbon Shift ****
12. X98 - Aluminum and Carbon Brake Handle
13. Y04 Carbon pkg I = lower dash, door trim, gauge panel

Here are some old photos of the car....they are at the dealer before the current owner bought the car

I have been looking for a sometime for the right 993tt. I have seen prices better than the $75K for a 1997 with comparable miles. I would feel a little uncomfortable about the rebuilt turbos. Not the rebuilt turbos should offer you any problem, but why would they need to rebuilt at the mileage on the car? I'm not an expert, but I might think the car was driven hard or not taken care of like it should have been, i.e. letting the turbos cool at shut down...

If you buy the car, get it checked out by an imparitial source.

i think $75k is a bit high and is a price a topend dealer would ask or if the car was really mint and only 15k miles.
70k seems fair.
I dont know anything about the car, but call the NNJR PCA region and get shop recommendations from the chairman.

Is it 28k or 21k miles like the picture shows? Either way, those seats look a lot more used than I would expect. I sold my 993 Carrera 4S with just over 39k miles and the seats were not even half as worn as these. Here are my seats at the time of the car's sale:

Yeah, the seats look like they have 60K on them. Turbo rebuilds at 28K isn't unreasonable, right Kevin?

Those seats look overly worn. Deffinetly a discount there. I would estimate $68-$70k.

Some fat B@stard must have been commuting in those seats to get so worn in 28k. My 87 930 is not nearly as worn an it has 34k on the clock.
