Looking for 993tt, advice and/or a good car for sale...
Hey there,
Drove a slate grey 99' 996 for a while. Now I have a 1997 Land Rover Defender (doubles as a tow vehicle for my supermoto bikes).
While I have not been pulled over in it, the Defender is agonizing on the highway.
The best car I have ever owned was an 88' BMW M3 with coilovers, a big motor, brakes, etc. etc.
After some study, it seems that the 993 TT is the right car for the job. 90 miles a day in commuting, with some track events thrown in, and occasional nuttiness on the road.
I'm loking for some buying advice, if not a car for sale. If you guys happen to know a decent one around.
I'm located in Southeastern Michigan (metro Detroit).
thanks everyone...

Look, drive, feel. as many as you can. check out rpmsportscars.com
and autotrader and dupontregisgtry.com cars.com where ever else you can
find online. prepare to spend some $ on a plane ticket and a prepurchase inspection
(maybe several).

I owned a 996 coupe for awhile and quickly determined i needed a supercharger to get it to
a higher level of performance. after some research I bought the car I always wanted, a 993tt.
I think rennlist classifieds is one of the best sources for used cars as well as the pcna website.
buy privately for the best deal and dont be afraid to ask questions. good luck, you will not be
disappointed with the performance!
