Whenever the car goes over a bump, the cooling fan goes whack.

symtom: The AC is on and the fan is on 3 or 4 but when i go over a bump the fan shoot up to max then goes down again when i go over another bump....

Does this sound like a relay problem??

I have a similar problem with my AC unit with the difference that when I switch from normal cooling ( small snow flake ) to the ( large snow flake ) it chokes for a while and then starts to blow but just outside air and not AC air.

Switching it back to normal cooling the system runs without a problem. I have not had the chance to look into it yet, but it sound like a bad relay.
