Dear all
I have an NA Carrera with RSR`s. Wringing out the engine give a blood-tingling rasp and a lovely "bap-bap-bap-bap-bap-bap..." on the overrun as I approach corners. In fact it seems to have got a lot better with age (RSR`s are on for 4 years now) and makes the car sound more hardcore.
In general I heard that turbos quieten an engine but with all of the various aftermarket exhausts available for the turbo can you put the "music" back?
Regards
Mike

Mike,
Sorry, but the turbo cars will never make the music of a nice NA car. You can make the turbos louder (muffler bypasses and/or cat bypasses), and they'll be just that... louder. But they don't have that certain "sweet" sound that we all love.
