I passed on his car only because I had located another. His sounds pretty nice and he answered all my question in regards to it.

FYI-I put a deposit on one the other day. My search is over and I will post pix when it comes in.

No, I had alrady put a deposit on a 96tt that was contignent on a few minor details and the sellers agreed to the terms. In addition, mine had a two year factory warranty. Had I not had time & effort in the 96, I would have certainly PPI'd his and given it consideration. Good luck on you search, mine took 4 months, but I looked like a blood hound 24/7.

I think I was looking at this car when Dan was interested in a TT-S. Is this car black, red seat belts, carbon interior, lowered, large amp under the hood? If it is, I was really close to getting this car contigent on Dan getting the TT-S, but that deal fell through for him and he ended up not selling his car.

Mike - that is the car that Dan is now selling, yes. It is a great stock car in as close to perfect condition as you will find. Dan is a fanatic about his cars.
