Land is about 90K per acre. Pretty cheap! I know you CA guys have it rough. You know what the say about PA....there is Philly in the east and Pittsburg in the west and Alabama in the middle. I'm in East Alabama.

No butler (that's me) but the is a fridge and microwave behind the white doors for getting some grub.

The yardwork is me and my 7 year old. He is doing a good job steering the tractor but his feet still don't reach the pedals.

The wheels are Fikse Profil 13's. I think they look pretty good also.

Tony - you're one lucky guy. Land around here is $1million+ per acre. Just by the looks of the garage, seems like you have a beautiful home. Wish I had land like you do. Oh,... the car looks great too.

While the land is cheap and the roads are great, I don't have the scenic views and vistas that you guys in CA have on a daily basis. Looking at corn fields and cows gets a little old after a while
