Default Can someone please help, been stuck for days deal with chain guide rails

video attached, my chains on the right side keep sliding out of the guide, see video

I'm willing to send some coffee to anyone who can help, been stuck for 3 days now

the left and right chains are the same, the guides are different so cant be swapped, the plate that holds the guide in place i swapped and same results

Did you remove the cam sprockets? To me, it looks like the right cam sprocket is backwards. On my 95, the right hand sprocket has the flat surface out and the left has the concave surface out. Can't imagine the turbo would be different.

thank you so much everyone, it was the right sprocket, it was backwards, engine and tranny now all together and married, hopefully drop in this wek
